Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling

The two rooms that change how a house feels to live in, and the two that add the most value when you sell. We handle layout, cabinetry, counters, tile, fixtures and finish work, coordinating the trades so you’re not chasing five different contractors.

  • Custom cabinetry and countertops
  • Tile, flooring and backsplash
  • Plumbing and electrical coordination
  • Accessible and aging-in-place updates

Exterior Renovations

Curb appeal matters, but so does keeping weather out. Siding, roofing, windows, doors, decks and trim, specified and installed to hold up to Connecticut winters rather than just look good on handover day.

  • Siding, trim and exterior repair
  • Roofing and gutters
  • Window and door replacement
  • Decks, porches and outdoor living space
Additions Addition with new roofline

Home Additions

More space without moving house. Extra bedroom, in-law suite, bumped-out kitchen, or a second storey. The hard part is making an addition look like it was always there, and that’s mostly about matching rooflines, siding and window proportions properly.

  • Room and multi-room additions
  • In-law and accessory suites
  • Second-storey additions
  • Garage conversions

Whole-Home Renovations

Bought a place with good bones and bad everything else? We take on top-to-bottom renovations, sequencing the work so the house comes back together in a sensible order and you get one point of contact the whole way through.

  • Full gut renovations
  • Open-plan reconfiguration
  • Basement and attic finishing
  • Historic and older-home work
Repairs Foundation repair and waterproofing

Repairs & Maintenance

Not every job is a renovation. Rot, leaks, storm damage, doors that won’t close, the list a house builds up over a decade. We take on smaller work too, and we’d rather fix something early than rebuild it later.

  • Water and storm damage repair
  • Rot, trim and structural repair
  • Drywall, paint and finish work
  • Emergency response, 24/7

Common Questions

Good to Know

Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and there’s no obligation to book the work.
Are you licensed and insured?
[Yes, plus your dad’s CT registration/licence number. Homeowners look for this, and in Connecticut home improvement contractors are required to be registered, so listing the number builds trust.]
How long does a typical project take?
[Give rough ranges, e.g. a bathroom in X weeks, a kitchen in Y, an addition in Z. Homeowners mostly want to know if it’s weeks or months.]
Do you handle permits?
[Confirm whether he pulls permits himself and whether that’s included in the quote.]
What areas do you cover?
We work throughout Connecticut. If you’re not sure whether we come out your way, give us a call and we’ll tell you straight.
How do payments work?
[Deposit, progress payments, final payment on completion. Say what’s normal for him and which payment methods he takes.]
